
How To Turn ON/OFF:
Long Press Power Button
Battery Indicator:
Green - charge is 51% to 100%
Blue - charge is 31% to 50%
Red - charge is 0% to 30%
Increase/Decrease Resistance:
Short Press Arrow Up and Arrow Down Buttons
How To Set The Desired Cable Length :
Set the resistance to the lowest value.
Turn OFF the device.
While OFF, pull the cable to the desired length.
Hold the end of the cable at the cable exit.
Note: Hold the cable tightly at the cable exit to prevent it from retracting back into the device.
Turn ON the device.
To test, pull cable and release.
How To Change Resistance Mode:
When ON, Short Press Power Button
Mode 1 (Default): Resistance is applied during both pulling and retracting.
Mode 2: Less resistance when pulling out, greater resistance when retracting.
Mode 3: Greater resistance when pulling out, less resistance when retracting.
Simply change your body position and handle attachment. No need to uninstall the device. Adjust resistance according to the exercise.
Yes. Start at lower resistance levels such as 3 to 5 kg. Focus on proper form before increasing resistance.
• Door is fully closed and locked
• Device is firmly attached
• Rope is not tangled
• Resistance level is correct
• Battery has enough charge
Use the included Type C cable. Connect to a power adapter or power bank. Full charge takes around 1 to 1.5 hours.
