OG Nano Gym is a compact, portable resistance training device that turns any door or space into a personal gym. It delivers adjustable motor controlled resistance from 3 kg to 30 kg without bulky equipment. It only weighs less than 1kilogram so you can bring it anywhere!

It uses a motor controlled resistance system. You attach it securely to a door or anchor point, pull the rope, and the device controls both concentric and eccentric resistance for smoother and more effective training.

You can train your chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and core using the device. With two units and the bar accessory, you can also perform movements similar to barbell squats, deadlifts, and rows. It is ideal for beginners up to advanced users who want effective and versatile resistance training in a compact setup.

The device provides up to 1 hour of active training on average. Depending on the intensity of your workout, it can last around 2 to 3 hours for lighter sessions. It uses Type C charging and typically takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to fully charge.
